HPD opens attempted murder investigation after woman allegedly shot at ex-boyfriend

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are investigating a suspected attempted murder in the University Area last Saturday night, according to Honolulu police officials.
According to HPD, a 36-year-old woman allegedly shot at her 40-year-old ex-boyfriend with a handgun and then fled the area late last night.
An APB went out for her vehicle, which was located in the Kapolei area, where the suspect was identified and arrested, officials said.
No injuries occurred during this incident.
She is in custody at this time.
